The swim team chronicles.

This really has no description.

Soooo.. today I had swim team.
(If you didn't know, I am on the swim team.)
And my friend Claire is ALSO on the swim team..

hmmm... bailey+claire= TROUBLE (but that's not the point..)

I just wanted to put that out there, so my chronicles will be more clear. Anywhoo, we LOVE to talk during our freestyle, butterfly, backstroke, and breastroke kick. (If you didn't know what all that means, you just use you legs and a KICKboard and KICK.)

Yeah, well here is a list of what we chatted over.
  1. How our days went..
  2. Highschool choices.
  3. Mean people.. (that is Claire's department..)
But wait.. stop.
Something else happened between that.

So, we heard a yell.

Coach: "STOPPP"
Little swim team kid: "WHAT"
Coach: "Don't drink the pool water!"
Little swim team kid: "I wasn't."
Coach: "I mean, I can understand if you get some in your mouth.. but don't intentionally GULP, and FOUNTAIN, and SPEW this water out of your mouth!"
Little swim team kid: "but..."
Coach: "Do you know how many people's ARMPITS, AND LEGS, AND FEET, AND HAIR, AND POOH, AND URINE HAS BEEN IN THIS POOL?!"
Little swim team kid: "oh.sorry."

THAT WAS PRICELESS.

A Touchy Subject

The Northface Jacket Epidemic

Okay people, it has come to that time of year where Northface is a HOT buy.
I understand why they are in high-demand. They offer a REALLLLYYY warm jacket alternative to a huge-puffy-eskimo-parka/jacket.

BUT SERIOUSLYYYYY?!

Today, I saw 2 people wearing Northface's with dresses; Are. you. for. reals.?

NO, lets just leave it at that. NOOOOO.

I'm begging you people. I know, your Northface is always the jacket that is in your coat closet downstairs (which is right beside the door). But, I can help with that. As soon as you get home- grab your Northface by the sleeve, and take it up to your room. With the Northface in one hand, take one of your FANCIEST jackets/ sweaters. Hang your Northface in your closet. Walk down the stairs. Do not hesitate. Take a hanger.

and
HANG
 YOUR
 FANCIEST
 JACKET
 IN
 YOUR
 DOWNSTAIRS
 COAT
 CLOSET.

Today is SUNDAY!!

This is meeeee.

Okay, so, today is Sunday.
My favorite, yet least favorite day of the week.

Sunday is my favorite day because I know I have made it through a TOUGH (haha) week of my terrible, terrible life (actually my life is quite grand, but shhhhh). The reason I reallllyyy like Sundays is mostly because of my daily schedule which contains the following:

7-7:30--- Wake up or at least wipe the boogers out of my eyeballs.
7:30-8--- Walk into church, and sit it the VERY front row.
8-9--- Mass.. No negative comments.
9-9:37--- Socialize with my fellow church goers or at least let them touch my hair and say "MY, OH MY! HAVEN'T YOU JUST GOTTEN SO TALL?!" Then they tell my mom,"SHE IS PASSING YOU UP! BETTER LOCK HER UP!" Which I then go on to thank them for thier creative and nice comments.
9:38-10--- Go home, and listen to my Mom and Dad's "love-talks" about how the PROPER way to bow, kneel, look, sit, stand, recite prayers, roll my eyes around, put my hands in my pockets, smile, laugh, and most of all SING are.
10- 1--- Try to avoid all signs of human life and activity in my locked room.
1-2--- Inch my way down the stairs, through the hallway, and to the kitchen, where I will ask what is for lunch. (notice it takes me an hour to do this solely because it is so hard to to recline from my humble abode which I call a bed)
2-3--- EAAAAATTTTTTT.
3-4--- Pick up a book, and stare at it. (not actually reading the thing)
4-5--- Wash my uniform, and dream of the better days when my Mom would do my lovely laundry.
5-9--- Meditate.. No.. Just kidding. Watch TV.. but that's pretty much the same as meditating. Then SLEEPY TIME :)

This is why i LOVEEEE Sundays. I know, a pretty lame and pathetic excuse for the Lord's sabbath day. But you know what? It's the seventh day. (In deeper translation-- God made the world in 7 days, and on the seventh day he rested, and told us also to rest.)

So that's my Sunday schedule.

NOWWWWW, why I don't like Sundays:

  1. The next day is Monday.
Goodbye.

"I sent a bottle of sparkling apple juice to your house, did you get it?"

First OFFICIAL day of my blog. Well it's actually 12 in the morning..but whatever.

Will I go on, and on about what this blog means, and how it will help "better our planet"?
NO.

Instead, I will just let you all figure out your own caption or whatever you would like to call it.
I will post pictures, write posts, share my day, and probably find something to complain about.. but you know what?

THAT'S WHAT THIS IS FOR.

P.S.- I know the title of this post has absofriutley NOTHING to do with what i am saying.. but I just saw it on SNL and I really got a solid, legit laugh in there.. so I wanted to share it.

Goodnight ;)
